上網訂了去金門票,結果名字多打了一個疊字,身份證字號正確,想要更改結果只能退票重買,手續費高達25%, 網路爬文發現很多航空公司都有便宜或是免費的更正服務(只要不要錯的太誇張) 真心覺得這種過時的規定Duck不必,想賺錢不是這種賺法的,看完評論後發現高層真的問題很大,可憐的基層員工要在食古不化的高層下面,辛苦了!

因為沒搭過國內線,不知道登機時間就是馬上登機的意思,國際線通常還是要等一陣子,那天去程登機時,遲到3分鐘,驗票的地勤不知道再跩什麼,講話有夠酸,阿結果我回程的時候,早早準備好要登機,結果勒?等了10分鐘才能上飛機,是怎樣?我遲到我理虧酸我就算了,那你們延遲不給登機是不是我也可以酸回去臭罵一頓,反正國內線的素質真的很差,員工訓練也比國際線差很多,做人互相好好講話不行嗎?
