★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我參加的是里辦公室舉辦的旅遊，3部遊覽車，120多人的團體旅遊，三部車的導遊帶團經驗豐富，默契良好，互相支源，顧前觀後，全程幾乎沒有浪費在找人或等人，同時導遊沿途導覽解說之際，還不忘幫旅客們拍美美的照片，活動結束後又把照片後製成影片，請里長分享給參加的旅客，讓人印象深刻。
I took part in a tour organized by the office. There are 3 tour buses and a group tour of more than 120 people. The tour guides of the three vehicles have rich experience and good understanding. They support each other. People or waiting for someone. At the same time, the tour guide did not forget to take beautiful photos for the tourists along the way. After the event, the photos were made into a video, and the manager would share it with the participants, which was impressive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感謝貴公司人員在行程上的服務，但到花蓮時隨團人員在遊覽車上用麥克風導覽時，卻說出「花蓮就是酒鬼多」、「酒鬼是誰？就是原住民！」這樣大方進行族群歧視的言論，當下真的非常傻眼。
今年已經2021年了，沒想到貴公司的工作人員在進行導覽的時候不是介紹花蓮原住民族的部落與文化，而是藉著社會對不同族群存在的刻板印象、偏見來把歧視當有趣。真的請貴公司加強員工和導覽人員訓練，勿以偏概全進行族群歧視。
Thank you for your company’s service on the itinerary, but when the tour staff in Hualien visited Hualien with a microphone on the tour bus, they said, "Hualien is a lot of drunkards" and "Who are drunks? They are the aboriginals!" Discriminatory remarks are really dumbfounded at the moment.
This year is already 2021. Unexpectedly, when the staff of your company conduct the tour, they will not introduce the tribes and culture of the indigenous peoples in Hualien, but use the stereotypes and prejudices of different ethnic groups in society to treat discrimination as interesting. Really ask your company to strengthen the training of employees and guides, and don't discriminate against ethnic groups based on generality.
