(大失所望)是評語,原本對嘉儀這品牌充滿信心,一口氣購置兩台暖氣機,但是買了才充滿後悔,特別是售後與維修服務,完全跟品牌形象成反比,客服你推他,他推你,一週等一週,詢問過後等一週變等兩週,充滿誠意的詢問如果親自拿去維修站是否能省去等待的時間,客服回答,要看師傅是否有空在不在,建議我繼續等,我想問問是要等夏天再來修?

很令人崩潰的一家公司! 為了拯救婚姻而購買的洗碗機卻遲遲無法安裝,公司始終無法給一個確定的機器到貨的日期,只是不斷的的延後交貨日又一再的變換延遲的理由。 如此大型的一家公司,代理數種進口又昂貴家電,居然連隻客服專線都沒有設置, 打電話到公司找不到可以處理的人員,電話始終是轉接再轉接然後就莫名的斷線了,好不容易有人接聽了,說好的請有權限處理此事的主管再回覆卻再也沒有下文了。 最後得到的答案是,訂購一台洗碗機要有心理準備,必須等待四個月以上是正常的! 當初購買時白紙黑字寫好的三周後安裝成了互踢皮球的那顆球。 因為沒有客訴專線沒有抱怨管道只能來這兒翻翻白眼發洩苦悶!

自2019年底於燦坤購買電膜式電暖器D300W,到2020年2月間已送修三次,問題皆在主開關燒熔,後來第三次時,新竹廠直接換一台新的給我們,只是後來冬天過了,倒是也沒有在使用。一直到2020年底天氣轉冷,拿出來用,用沒幾次,又是主開關失效。詢問新竹維修廠,說是只能再次維修。對於消費者來說,買了你們家的產品,卻是不斷燒毀,產品品質令人不敢置信,線路容易燒毀更是令人憂心居家安全問題,後續品質維修只能治標不治本,每次拿出來用,用不到幾次,便得送修,在等待修復的期間,就只能忍受寒冷的天氣,無法享受到你們公司承諾的暖氣品質。貴公司完全沒有其他改進的方法嗎?只能讓你們的消費者忍受著寒冷,等待著你們一次又一次的維修,還是花了幾千塊的東西,消費者得要自認倒楣,為了居家安全跟生活品質,只得購買其他家的產品。嘉儀出品的產品,口碑和信用何在?已致電新竹維修廠與台北展示場,時間已過了一個多禮拜,後續毫無消息?請盡快回復。

感受到嘉儀引進產品的用心,也能從銷售人員身上得到很多產品資訊以外,也會關心之前買過的產品使用上有沒有甚麼問題,每次到嘉儀櫃位都會有新的收穫。

服務品質非常糟,買了掃地機器人用兩天就故障,送去維修放了一整個禮拜不處理,還要顧客主動追問才能知道根本沒有維修,保固期只有一年的東西是想放多久才要處理,奉勸消費者不要為了支持國產買這個品牌,服務真的太爛了。 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 第二個禮拜修好送回了,用了兩個禮拜目前狀況正常

超級爛的服務品質及超級不專業的代理商! 去年在新光三越買了洗碗機,當時廚房裝修,請他們派人來勘查現場,不派人來,一直以師傅沒空打發。 我們也只能多次向此代理商和櫃姐瞭解安裝資訊,但櫃姐和業務代表告訴我們錯誤的安裝資訊,導致當初聽從指示的不銹鋼櫥櫃開孔和特別接的管線都不能用,要全部重新開孔及安裝管線。現在對於全新不鏽鋼櫃體,卻莫名多一個不小的孔洞非常頭痛...... 而且安裝當天等了4個多小時,中間打給百貨專櫃,總公司和師傅,皆無人接聽,甚至安裝完畢後,師傅離開後,自行再次檢查發現,連結水槽的轉接頭會漏水,要叫師傅趕快再回來修...... 如此不專業的代理商,讓我們非常後悔多花錢去百貨公司專櫃購買.......
