★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1顆星都不想給….以複保險拒保根本吃相難看,保險公司的誠信在哪裡?本人依照正常程序投保,拿了全家人的個資和信用卡資訊,卻遲遲等不到保單,等疫情嚴重了怕賠錢再一一拒保,看清楚你們的嘴臉了!

有幾個問題想請教貴公司:
1,109年5月6日的車輛擦撞,到5月12日才進廠估價,合理嗎?
如果這一週內有新的損傷,怎麼辦?
2,雙方如對車輛損傷的部位有爭議,是否應以警方的備案記錄為主?
3,109年6月5日貴單位以簡訊通知車輛進廠修復,本人立即去電,請求一起去保養廠會勘車損,貴單位竟要我自己去看!合理嗎?
4,當我去電貴單位,針對肇責、車損部位及維修金額提出異議協商時,貴公司的承辦人竟掛我電話!這樣對嗎?
5,整個事件處理過程,貴單位幾乎都只是以簡訊告知,合理嗎?
直至110年中寄了一封結案的文書,本人接到後又立刻去電詢問:雙方還未達成協議,如何結案?
貴單位回答:已交由法務部門處理!
6,110年9月份接到法院民事賠償調解文書;本人又立刻去電貴單位法務承辦人協調,希望能有共識,避免浪費司法資源,可是貴單位仍堅持以您們的估修全額賠償!這樣合理嗎?
7,法院於111年1月20日開準備庭,要求貴單位於兩週內補強車禍過程事證,並於3月10日召開辯論庭。
貴單位於2月8日寄交陳報狀給法院,卻遲至3月8日才寄陳報狀給本人,本人於3月14日接獲陳報狀,致使本人於3月10日的辯論庭,無法準備相關的答辯資料!
堂堂一個上市、上櫃的大公司,用這種算計的手段,對付一個請不起律師的小老百姓,應該嗎?
8,法院要求貴單位補強車禍事證;貴單位竟然以我主動積極想解決事情的態度,來向法官説明這表示我承認有碰撞的事實!
貴單位這樣的陳報或許合法,但合情理嗎?
是不是要昭告天下,以後跟貴單位談損害賠償案,千萬不要主動協商賠償事宜呢?否則會讓貴單位據以成為呈交法院的事證!

There are several questions I would like to ask your company:
1. The vehicle collided on May 6, 109, and it did not enter the factory until May 12 for valuation. Is it reasonable?

2. If there is a dispute between the two parties about the damaged part of the vehicle, should the police record be the mainstay?
3. On June 5, 109, your unit notified the vehicle to be repaired by a text message. I immediately called and asked to go to the maintenance factory to check the damage of the vehicle. Your unit asked me to see it myself! Is it reasonable?
4. When I called your company and raised objections to negotiate on the responsibility, the parts of the car damage and the amount of repairs, your company's undertaker actually hung up on me! is this correct?
5. In the whole process of incident handling, your unit almost always informs you by text message. Is it reasonable?
It was not until the middle of 110 that I sent a document to close the case. After I received it, I immediately called to ask: The two sides have not reached an agreement, how to close the case?
Your unit replied: It has been handed over to the legal department for processing!
6. In September 2011, I received the court's civil compensation and mediation document; I immediately called the legal undertaker of your unit to coordinate, hoping to reach a consensus and avoid wasting judicial resources, but your unit still insists on paying full compensation with your estimate! Is this reasonable?
7. The court held a preparatory court on January 20, 111, requiring your unit to reinforce the evidence of the accident within two weeks, and held a debate court on March 10.
Your unit sent the Chen report to the court on February 8, but did not send the Chen report to me until March 8. I received the Chen report on March 14, which resulted in my filing on March 10. The debate court, unable to prepare relevant defense materials!
A big company that is listed and listed on the OTC market should use this kind of calculation method to deal with a common man who can't afford a lawyer, right?
8. The court asked your unit to reinforce the evidence of the accident; your unit even explained to the judge that I accepted the fact that there was a collision with the attitude of me actively trying to solve the matter!
Reports like yours may be legal, but are they reasonable?
Do you want to make it clear to the world that in the future, you will discuss damages with your unit, and do not take the initiative to negotiate compensation? Otherwise, your unit will be used as the evidence submitted to the court!
