★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華高協的前身是1956年6月成立的「中華全國高爾夫委員會」，由時任全國體協會理事長的周至柔將軍創立，1977年5月14日改組為「中華民國高爾夫協會」，歷任理事長分別為周至柔(第一屆)、許金德(第二、三屆)、陳重光(第四、五屆)、王永在(第六、七屆)、羅芳明(第八屆)、許典雅(第九、十屆)。到了第十一屆，在理事長王政松與秘書長劉重威的完美合作下，這個主導台灣高爾夫運動發展的民間組織重新擦亮了招牌。最近積極推動振興台灣高爾夫的六年計劃，為這項最適合台灣人在世界舞台發光發熱的運動打造了更美好的願景。他們將推展高爾夫運動當成治國大政在辦。
The predecessor of the Chinese Association of Higher Education was the "National Golf Committee of China" established in June 1956. It was founded by General Zhou Zhirou, then the chairman of the National Sports Association. On May 14, 1977, it was reorganized into the "Republic of China Golf Association" Zhou Zhirou (first session), Xu Jinde (second and third sessions), Chen Chongguang (fourth and fifth sessions), Wang Yongzai (sixth and seventh sessions), Luo Fangming (eighth session), and Xu Jinghua ( (Ninth and tenth). In the eleventh session, with the perfect cooperation of Chairman Wang Zhengsong and Secretary-General Liu Chongwei, this non-governmental organization leading the development of golf in Taiwan has refinished its signboard. Recently, the six-year plan for the revitalization of golf in Taiwan has actively promoted a better vision for this sport that is most suitable for Taiwanese people to shine on the world stage. They will promote golf as a governing nation.
