近期主打蔬肉（植物肉），提供葷食者少吃一頓肉卻能有飽足感的選擇。仍吃得出是豆製品，但沒有素料常見的香菇味是真的。
植物肉本針對葷食者而生，部份消費者留言希望能葷肉、蔬肉分鍋炸好讓素食者能享用，除了強人所難也沒弄懂蔬肉的問世意義，蔬肉需多重加工也悖離部份素食主義者追求自然、原型的訴求。「勝博殿」從不是個吃素之處，只因推出蔬肉而誤把蔬肉與素食畫上等號，是一廂情願的錯誤解讀。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一坐下就先送上玄米茶及高麗菜絲，豬排套餐還附上芝麻自己磨，超香的（小朋友玩得很開心）
吃完高麗菜絲（可搭配胡麻跟和風醬還能續）主餐就上菜了
豬排外酥內軟不柴，配菜也很豐盛～
新上市的味噌鍋湯頭很好，裡面的豬肉片也很鮮甜，很推薦～
整體服務及氣氛都很好，適合家庭聚餐

但腰內肉滿嫩的 都很下飯不錯吃
