Most of the high-rise buildings have only the first floor as the exhibition hall, and the others are used in various classrooms. However, they cannot see any information about local characteristics. (Comment: bad)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位於台北市中山北路128號的中山公民會館。是棟依附在新高樓大廈內，不破壞原建築結構，並保留原始建材的老屋新裝建築。
三層樓的建築，二ˋ三樓提供租借會議場所，一樓則不時定期提供各種藝術創作展覽，免費提供參觀。
從建築物北面遠觀，在林蔭道路樹香楓紅黃葉，襯托出原建築水泥原色，與枝條分明的柱子，以及方2字型格層，更可以看到這棟建築的不同美感 。
Zhongshan Civic Center, 128 Zhongshan North Road, Taipei City. The new building is an old house that is attached to the new high-rise building without destroying the original building structure and retaining the original building materials.
The three-story building, the second floor and the third floor provide rental conference space, and the first floor offers various art creation exhibitions from time to time, free of charge to visit.
From a north perspective of the building, the tree-lined roads are covered with red and yellow leaves of maple trees, which set off the original color of the original building cement, with distinct branches and columns, and square-shaped grid layers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近二年來，大廳都有志工開門與接待 ，掃QR cord和專人量額溫/噴手酒精消毒，很溫馨感動 。友善的溫度就從大門open開始 …藝文展覽也有 ，多功能會議中心功能也有 ……挺好 ！洗手間乾淨 。
In the past two years, there have been volunteers in the lobby who opened the door and received them, swept the QR cord, and had a special person take the temperature of the forehead/spray with alcohol for disinfection, which was very warm and touching. The friendly temperature starts from the door opening... There are also art and cultural exhibitions, and the multi-functional conference center also has functions... Very good! Restrooms are clean.
