★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每年報名参加健走活動，不巧的是這2年都遇上重要的事，缺席活動，其實每日因工作步行超過15000步，長期下來體重維持，健康改善，我會持續支持健走，希望大家一同加入健走行列。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話詢問登山嚮導訓練課程，12/14下午15:00打去，第一通響了後來直接掛斷。第二次再打去，一位小姐電話接聽態度極差，每一句話都要重點強調，詢問問題，她說官網都有寫，我說官網我看了三遍，但不清楚才打來，口氣不需要如此不耐煩和質疑吧？
你一天也許接了50通類似的電話，但每一通都是一個人一天唯一打進去的一通電話，態度把每一個打進去的都當成笨蛋。你的工作如果包括接聽電話，就請你做好你的工作。
I called to ask about the training course of the mountain guide. I called at 15:00 on 12/14. The first call rang and then hung up. When I called again for the second time, a young lady had a very bad attitude to answer the phone. Every sentence must be emphasized and asked questions. She said that the official website was written. I said that I read the official website three times, but I didn’t know how to call. You don't need to be so impatient and questioning, right?
You may receive 50 similar calls a day, but each one is the only one that a person makes a day, and the attitude is that everyone who calls is an idiot. If your job includes answering calls, please do your job well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華民國山岳協會是一個不錯的協會，每年都會有2場的大型活動，每次的安排路線都非常的有創意，不單單可以健身，沿路還可以欣賞一些美景，主辦單位設計了很多的路線讓你來挑戰，可以依照個人的體力有5公里10公里20公里30公里，完成挑戰皆會有證明書，報名費600元有送一件衣服，參加活動中會有一些精美的禮品，一場報名費可以參加兩天的健行活動，完成比賽當天還會有摸彩，這是我們每一年的親子活動，建議你從來都沒有參與過的，可以參與看看相信會有不錯的回憶喔！
The Mountain Association of the Republic of China is a good association. There are 2 large-scale events every year. The routes are very creative each time. Not only can you exercise, but you can also enjoy some beautiful scenery along the way. If you come to the challenge, you can have 5 kilometers, 10 kilometers, 20 kilometers and 30 kilometers according to your physical strength. If you complete the challenge, you will get a certificate. The registration fee is 600 yuan. You can participate in two-day hiking activities, and there will be a lottery draw on the day of the competition. This is our annual parent-child activity. It is recommended that you have never participated in it before. You can participate and see it, I believe there will be good memories!

如坐捷運，建議民權西路站10號出口（有電梯）出來，往晴光市場方向走。

If you take the MRT, it is recommended to get out of Exit 10 (with elevator) of Minquan West Road Station and head towards Qingguang Market.
