超爛,5/27晚上被海外詐騙盜刷,馬上通知,5/31還撥款給詐騙,6/8收到帳單居然說我要自行承擔盜刷三萬多!我在5/27告知,5/31還撥款,扯到爆!5/27-6/8中間完全沒人跟我聯繫,期間打去客服客服,客服告知專員很忙,直到我告知要聯繫金管會馬上就有人打來,欺善怕惡! 專人打來告知這種狀況很多,還有人被刷更多,可以幫我分期!我懂了,原來富邦常常被盜刷,我問怎麼處理,回覆我,可以體諒我的心情,不過被盜刷了,無法止付,我得處理,我說我在盜刷當下打給你們有什麼意義?居然回覆,有啊,幫妳停卡沒有繼續被刷下去?,原來這家公司的風險控管那麼差,詐騙集團在海外刷不是第一時間阻止,是刷完了再來來電恭喜我被盜刷嗎?然後處理態度惡劣,中間客服一直推託專人忙碌,一直叫我不用擔心不是我刷不會要我負責,結果帳單一來100%要我負責
