★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八樓的某服務人員態度非常被動，客戶要主動詢問，不然修手機的基本流程和須知都不會主動告知你，感覺不甘他的事情，什麼都要我問才要回答，然後呢，有沒有然後，就這樣。一般人遇到他一定更茫茫然。對華為手機印象很好，但這間店我感覺零分。
 The attitude of a service staff on the eighth floor is very passive. The customer should take the initiative to ask, otherwise the basic process and instructions for repairing the mobile phone will not take the initiative to inform you. If you feel unwilling to his business, I have to ask everything before answering. Then, is there any Then, that's it. Ordinary people must be more dazed when they meet him. I have a good impression of Huawei mobile phones, but I have zero points for this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to agree with other reviewers here. The customer service and attitude was terrible at this store. The sales were talking among themselves; playing with their own phones while customers were ignored. When u did manage to ask a question, they just responded rudely and impatiently as if the customers were a bother. Terrible! They need to train their staff better if they want to be a premium brand. Lots to improve here!
