★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一開始還覺得人蠻熱情的,一直確認接不接受爬樓梯,事前和男朋友也都說不介意爬樓梯,結果看房的過程中,一直在重複同樣的話,問個傢俱的問題而已,就說房東給什麼就還什麼,這基本道理應該誰都懂不用一直重複吧?畢竟也沒有人笨到會花自己的錢在新傢俱送給房東啊,不然就是過程中一直說價錢就在這不要想著這個價錢還能有多好的東西,我們從頭到尾也沒有要求房屋條件要比我們的預算品質更高,下午看完房間原本約好隔天看另一間,時間也都約好了結果晚上打電話給我男朋友說明天看完直接決定要不要?
這是什麼荒謬的態度啊?畢竟要住一年的東西不用好好思考一下嗎,還說我們沒能力就不要租房看房子浪費彼此的時間,這是一個該有的態度嗎,沒有想到思考的時間會變成沒有能力租房欸,聽了真的很不舒服,結果男朋友硬起來回覆態度才放軟說什麼是為了要幫我們省錢,省錢是用這種態度嗎,貴公司要再加強人員的素質吧?
重點是帶看的人說只做到這個禮拜二就不做了:)然後今天看591的房屋資訊欄裡還更新了
沒能力就不要浪費時間和不要要求太多的這種話,請問這樣是真的沒有要繼續做了嗎,看不懂在做什麼欸,服務態度連一顆星都不值得給

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 當初找兆基陳柏志處理,因為是社宅有補助,直到後來聽別的房仲和鄰居說(補助的錢應該要匯到租屋者的戶頭,而我和鄰居們沒看到半毛錢。),另一個是東西壞了要請師父來估價回報給兆基再處理維修(你當我時間多師父只上班到17:00我還要請假在家等他來還要請假2次因為回報再確定維修),反正兆基就是爛!

瘋狂跟你約時間說想趕緊處理
你要求賠償時 他們躲到像人間蒸發
給我們屋子的時候說的很好聽
退租的時候一堆有的沒的問題都出來
明明是他們的問題
結果交屋時理直氣壯一副他們才是受委屈的人
反正勸退啦不要看他們洗評論洗的那麼好
都是自己內部人平常不做事在這邊洗五星評論

台北社宅一部的李宗耀先生先跟我們說可以使用鄰居的洗衣機造成鄰居對我們的困擾和誤會。
台北社宅一部的林英宏先生在我們居住時並沒有確實交接說修繕補助只能修繕不能換新,郵寄發票後轉交給另外一位房仲管理也沒有交接清楚,導致發票已遺失。
