★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感覺服務人員挺冷漠，跟其他保險公司服務人員不同！而且一樓沒有保戶的洗手間！得再下去B3，感覺保戶不是很被重視，不方便

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三商美邦上班時間只到下午五點，因為從新莊趕過去，就差一分鐘，站在已經關門的大門前，都快崩潰了，想說打電話求情，還好有嘗試，客服幫忙打了三四通，大概花了15分鐘，總算開門，真的佛心，客服服務態度真的很好，超感恩～
Sanshang Meibang’s working hours only lasted until 5 pm, because it was a minute away from Xinzhuang, standing in front of the closed gate, they almost collapsed. I wanted to say that I called to intercede. Fortunately, I had a try. The customer service called for help. Three or four links, it took about 15 minutes, finally opened the door, really Buddha heart, the customer service attitude is really good, super grateful~
