Went through the details of the ordered items but nothing was noted down and were required to come into the store again to specify the colors and item numbers. Unprofessional attitude and ill equipped knowledge of the products. Two stars because that one staff who came installing the kitchenware was informative and friendly. *Update: The correspondent representative has contacted us in an effort to make amends hence the four stars for prompt response to my review*
