明明就可以在大陸機場櫃臺辦的業務,客服不知道還要我跑去民生東路公司, 連自己公司櫃台在浦東機場幾航廈都不知道,態度又差~

我給差評的原因如下: 一.服務效率差,緊急聯絡電話根本沒用,打了好幾通都沒接。 二.服務員訓練不足,說"再考慮一下"時間是否要更改,結果直接自作主張的改時間(延後回來時間),還說只能改一次。 三.班機安排不好,今天被停飛的班機,居然要五天後才能登機(飛往中國浙江),而且要延長回來的時間還要自己加錢(被停我的錯?),我就不信這班機五天後才有班次(連結第二點,搞得回來很趕,很快就要上班上課)。 以上評論來自一個因為遇到颱風而被停飛班機的旅客,希望別的旅客在訂機票前,慎選航班公司。

China Eastern Airline is the worst airline in the world. 1: The awkward meal. The most delicious thing in your meal is “Lotus” cookie from Belgium. 2: The staffs kept asking me to turn off my Nintendo Switch. It’s weird. I’ve turned on the flight mode and told them. They didn’t give a sh*t about me. Those who also on the plane were playing mobile games. This is so freaking ridiculous. Maybe Nintendo Switch is dangerous or annoying in China. Who knows? 3: Pillows smell expired, moldy and volatilizable. In short, it’s stinky tofu. So, if you want your vacay is perfect, please DO NOT choose China Eastern Airline.
