★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公司電話打進去從沒接到服務人員過,永遠是語音,按二次等待鍵後就直接掛電話要你重播,一直被掛電話感覺很差,為什麼不能進線等待,且我已經撥得不是0800的電話了。網路頁面理賠說得不清不楚,寫完申請書後要寄到哪裡?給哪一個單位?
