一間非常爛的航空公司~網路訂位不小心按錯取消,打電話給客服態度極差,而且不能刷退費,最扯的是機位被取消還不能恢復,根本就是詐騙航空集團。

家人每年固定一次日本遊 每次都是官網訂票 操作簡單 只是高齡要坐輪椅要自行打電話到台北全日空辦事處預約 服務態度很好 票價比國航便宜

客服態度差,下次絕對不在坐這家號稱5星級航空公司。 因疫情影響,原本購買不能退票的機票,2個小孩期中考延後,所以才要求退票,但客服卻說不能退票。後來也找消保官申訴,ana還是不退。後來還好老天有眼,等到日本一級警示,才完成退票。不過這種爛服務態度,以後絕對不在坐這一家公司。

對於這次19号台風被取消班機的後續處理方式,ANA不配擁有5星級航空的稱號!10/13班機被ANA取消後,ANA通知信只丟給旅客根本打不進去的訂位電話,也無法網路線上更改訂位。到羽田機場詢問ANA人員,指示我們到劃位櫃檯排隊,排了三個小時只得到地勤這種答案:「今天到後天都沒有機位了,我這邊也無法幫你重新訂位,請打訂位電話重新訂位,或去隔壁訂位櫃台排隊。」向該位地勤反映訂位電話根本打不進去,她說她也知道,所以建議我去排隔壁的訂位櫃台。(在這之前我已經站著排隊3個多小時了)隔壁的訂位櫃台處理速度更慢,至少也要排兩個小時以上...那為何不一開始就告知沒機位可候補,請旅客直接排訂位櫃台呢?雖然颱風是天災不可歸責給航空公司,但ANA的應變能力實在非常差勁!

很爛 ana服務爛到爆!我訂房被扣里程但結果到了飯店要check in飯店說訂單被取消,取消也沒通知我,重點我網站還顯示預定成功!里程也被扣掉了!爛死,日本黑心企業滾出台灣!
