因剛參加過2015年NT.49,800的京都、大阪、環球影城的產品，以餐食(例：午餐¥2,160=一個死鹹牛丼便當＋一瓶綠茶)、飯店(非常的普通)、行程(9:30am逛還沒開或準備中的商店街、早上擠地鐵去影城、玩累了還要再擠地鐵回飯店)，簡直就像是高價的自由行！太另人失望！不會再參加或推薦給朋友！
 Giving a star is a great last resort!
Because I have just participated in the products of Kyoto, Osaka, and Universal Studios of NT.49,800 in 2015, I have meals (eg: lunch ¥2,160=one salty sirloin lunch + one bottle of green tea), restaurant (very ordinary), itinerary (9:30am is still not open or ready to go to the shopping street, squeeze the subway to the cinema in the morning, play tired and then squeeze the subway back to the hotel), it is like a high price free travel! Too disappointing! Will not participate or recommend to friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 禮拜二打電話過去詢問套票的事情，預約禮拜五去取票，資料都留好了，然後竟然禮拜五當天打電話跟我說票賣完了？什麼邏輯，這樣簡單的事情都能跳票的旅行社，員工訓練也差，自己公司搞出來的問題，客服到頭來還要客人自己想辦法處理，一顆星都嫌多，差勁。

What is the logic? A travel agency that can bounce tickets for such a simple thing has poor staff training. The customer service has to find a way to deal with the problems caused by its own company. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 報名參加後，告知其中一晚的飯店數不足，要等候補，如果沒候補到，請我們考慮住備選飯店，或是全額訂金退還。我們就是為了星野界阿爾卑斯飯店而來的...... 如果當初跟飯店訂的房間數是10，那團員就不該超收，給我們或許會候補到的希望，讓我們在那等了那麼久......一開始就該跟我們說，不能報名囉！房間數不夠了。而不是只看機位足夠，就繼續推給客人。這樣的作業方式有待加強。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星期六上午9-12點可以到店取票真的很棒, 對於臨時買票券一個星期內要出發前往日本的人來說, 相當便利!!! (不過, 前提是星期五前他們要收到匯款); 如果能在自取時, 當面收取現金或刷卡, 那就更好了; 購買乘車票券還贈送相關的地圖以及折價卷, 設想周到!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接大公司的員工旅遊，安排了一位住台中的導遊，到台北接團至台中的行程，然後一直想提早回家，深怕團客耽誤他的時間，乾脆請導遊回家睡覺，不要影響遊客的權益。
導遊凡事都只會推脫，以為日文好了不起，以為帶過日本團就自命清高，和公司其他團比較，隨便都比太平洋好，只怪自己選錯旅行社，以後不會再選這家，建議消費者三思。
Picking up employees of a large company for a trip, I arranged a tour guide who lives in Taichung to pick up the tour group in Taipei to Taichung, and then I always wanted to go home early. I was afraid that the tour group would delay his time, so I simply asked the tour guide to go home to sleep, don’t affect it rights of tourists.
The tour guide can only shirk everything, thinking that the Japanese is not good enough, thinking that he has brought a Japanese group, and he is arrogant. Compared with other groups in the company, it is better than the Pacific Ocean. I just blame myself for choosing the wrong travel agency. I will not choose this one in the future. I suggest consumers Think twice.
