★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同一個車禍車損事件，第一個保險員來聯絡，態度差勁還跟我說他不是義務只是幫忙，請問那你來談什麼？第二個保險員，偷懶不親自來拍照了解事故，還要我拍給他。跟我說對方願意賠，請我簽和解。我不願意簽和解後訴諸調解，調解時派來第三個什麼情況都不懂，資料也沒有的保險員，一問三不知，連對方寄給我和解書了也不知道。超級差勁的保險公司，我連一顆星都不想給。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小姐的服務態度還不錯蠻熱心的，但是公司設的點，離監理站最近，地方這麼遠（扣兩顆?）可能在測試親辦客人，下次對你們汽機車保險的意願。
