【甲天下通運有限公司】承攬平溪區公所「新北市新巴士」F821公車(車號427-WW中巴)，雇用當地三十多歲胡姓男子為司機，身材壯碩，於2018年3月24日週六午2時後與搭車問路的遊客起口角，由於胡男態度狂妄以穢言辱罵對方並下車推打對方，經報案由警方在十分平交道前攔下車，胡男遭攔時仍言行囂張不收歛，進派出所後咆哮、嗆聲對方遊客為何不花錢去搭台北客運795路線。經警方及被害年長者依法警示，最後胡男心虛害怕公開道歉簽下和解書，平溪人的害群之馬。
