泰國航空從2020年三月取消台北羅馬航班,應退票款原允諾60天內退回原訂票信用卡,沒想到拖過了60天,沒付款,接著公司就申請重整,至今已7個月,仍未獲得任何償付。
Thai Airways cancelled the Taipei-Rome flight in March 2020. The refund amount was originally promised to be returned to the original credit card within 60 days. Unexpectedly, after 60 days, no payment was made. Then the company applied for reorganization. It has been 7 months. Still not received any reimbursement.

2020年三月羅馬回來的航班到現在過了兩年依然沒退款,就算國外分部要求台北處理一樣裝死,只會一直互推責任,真的是倒了算了
The flight back from Rome in March 2020 has still not been refunded for two years. Even if the foreign branch asks Taipei to deal with it, it will just pretend to be dead, and they will just keep pushing each other to blame.

It’s a really lousy experience, I’d prefer Eva air, which is actually the real 5-star airlines. The entertain system is broken many times and the screen is tiny and the quality is really bad. Really a bad experience......

Bad experience with Thai airway. In T2 they sub contract their staffs to Eva Air and the Eva Air stuffs are impolite and extremely ignorant about Thai Air’s customers. Very rude response when we ask them questions if there is early check-in available. They strictly allow 2.5 hours before check in and we did not have enough time to enjoy the lounge and star alliance gold benefits and had to wait outside.

I generally have had good experiences whenever I flew with Thai airways. However, a couple of days ago, I needed to visit their office for some urgent work and was greeted with a notice stating that "counter service was suspended during the current covid outbreak". Pretty reasonable but an update on the Google maps or their website would have saved me sometime. What bothered me the most was trying to get hold of them via phone. No matter when I tried to call, no one picked up the phone. What's even worse was that moments after dialing the number, the phone gets picked but you only hear an automated message; few seconds after which, the line starts to ring again almost near endlessly. A whole lot of credit went down the drain as I repeatedly tried to get in touch with them
