今年詢問行家旅行社的團,業務都不會強迫推銷,而且都很有耐心的解答各種問題並提出專業意見,後來我們家報名參加了9月份的土耳其團,餐食、景點安排還有導遊都很OK,明年會再繼續報名行家的團

今年參加行家的北歐的團,行程內容都很理想,可惜回程的時候遇到班級延誤8小時,回香港轉機的班機也沒辦法搭,但我們的領隊很有經驗,到機場後隨即跟航空公司協商,馬上幫我們處理,延誤證明、機場飯店、餐費隨即奉上,真的很夠力。 看來行家在北歐的地位很重要~這個楊領隊也很夠力,抵達香港因為上一班飛機延遲所以我們回台的班機也得換,行家也事先幫我們辦好港簽好入境香港過夜,隔天領隊也一早帶我們去機場排候補機位回台灣,領隊危機處理非常的好,且接下來會遇到的他都事先想到,讓我們沒有因為飛機延遲而破壞回程情緒?,畢竟飛機延遲並不是旅行社可以控制的,處理過程順利平安的回到台灣才是最重要的,謝謝行家給我一個很棒的北歐之旅?????

原本計畫九月的員工旅遊去土耳其,我們一開始就聲明想要自成一團(16人),業務也說沒問題,價錢也都已經談好了。當我們湊完人數,並且要付訂金的時候(八月中)(九月出團喔),業務才說,原本答應我們的金額不能自成一團,要自成一團要再加價,不然就是要併團(30人)。 之後業務鄭先生(Jeffrey)就消失,再也沒下文。也沒有給我們任何交代跟道歉。 非常不負責任的業務跟旅行社。

參加內蒙古6天5夜的行程,此旅行社徐韻芝小姐,服務態度差,行程前置作業完全沒安排好,回程完全沒告知有沒有接駁車,導致場面一度混亂。 第一次遇到要自己聯絡接駁車,出發前兩天還要自己問旅遊手冊到了嗎,徐小姐還回覆:「急的話自己去拿」!!! 我們這趟的每一團去過內蒙古,給她安排到行程的,都抱怨這位內勤,不滿人數高達50人甚至百人以上,望貴公司仔細調查清楚,明察秋毫!!! 看是不是我說的這樣,希望不要因為少數員工,反而大大拉低,客戶的滿意度了!

2019年5月中參加行家旅遊的奧捷斯匈10天行程,餐食住宿都還不錯,因是轉機行程各景點都非常緊湊,但在導遊Sandra專業的帶領下,加上非常配合行程安排的優秀團員們,讓我的第一次東歐行留下了難忘的美好回憶....非常期待再度參加行家旅遊2020年3月的土耳其之旅。

暑假剛參加完盛世公主號郵輪回來,馬上刪除業務與領隊的相關資訊,因為很少遇到如此不專業與沒熱忱的服務人員,不會再參加這旅行社的行程了: 1、第二次參加郵輪行程會有相關優惠,旅行社未告知,讓我們喪失應有的福利與優惠! 2、回程完全不見領隊,後來才知道她人留在台北!事先離開可以接受,但連打聲招呼、說聲再見都沒有,是服務人員可以有的態度嗎?只覺得自己沒人要被放鴿子了! 3、回程的遊覽車司機,沒離開駕駛座,放行李、下行李全自己來,與在日本的司機相比真是天壤之別!婆婆的輪椅,我們一上車,司機馬上來收輪椅,ㄧ下車輪椅已在門口等,是台灣的司機本來就是這樣?還是旅行社沒篩選優良的合作廠商! 6人花了二十幾萬的旅費,這樣的服務品質好嗎?跟之前參加過的旅遊相比,真的很失望,以後真的要慎選旅行社!

真的是超級糟糕的旅行社,窗口業務是Jeffery鄭的鄭先生,當初已經說好協助我們公司安排小團的土耳其旅遊並且也有跟他們主管請示過說沒有問題,價錢也談定了,到了收訂前一天才告知說要加進大團不然不能成團,或者是要我們再加錢,九月的旅行到八月中才跟我們說,其他也什麼都沒有,沒有道歉也沒有什麼其他的補償措施,莫名的我們就要在很短的時間內又要再緊急得去聯絡其他旅行社,抱著可能會無法成行的狀態下,行家還是依然沒有任何表示,一個需要誠信的行業,這樣做真的對嘛? 電話不接,line不回,這種狀況應該不是合理的吧,連個誠懇的道歉都沒有!
