因為小黃卡遺失,之前詢問原接種醫院,說無法補發,雖然不是中山區戶籍,但因工作緣故選擇來到中山區健康服務中心補發,健康服務中心的志工跟櫃檯人員都很客氣有禮貌。雖然因為中午休息無法馬上拿到,但人員告知午休結束會儘快協助補發程序,還沒領到就感覺言語很溫馨,沒有公務機關的冷漠,沒什麼好說只能給讚了,期待晚點來領小黃卡!

強烈建議有問題的民眾打爆他們電話,不要乖乖等通知,我等了一個月才收到「不完整」的匡列隔離單,真的超有工作效率? 四月底密切接觸確診者,到五月底才聯繫我,而且還是我持續每週打電話至少打了2、30通,主動回報之下才被聯繫到。 工作人員態度超差,一直踢皮球說有問題找中山區關懷中心或跟中央反映,自己行政沒問題的話根本不用我等這麼久! 最後還只能開兩天的匡列隔離給我,態度超強硬,一直強調第一天有踏出家門一步就不能開給我,自己行政到一個月後才追蹤到就沒問題,我當天收到確診者告知後馬上回家乖乖隔離就被檢討? 只能說真的很糟糕,效率極低、態度超差還雙標?
