給奧捷團 領隊-小馬,五顆星,行程、時間等,皆掌握得宜,不會讓團員們跟其他團強碰,專業度及貼心度極佳的領隊,當地安排的導覽的導遊-Sally姐及Lily姐亦是親切,感謝世邦及小馬,讓我第一次歐洲行,萬分盡興。

世邦主辦的魅力歐洲(冰島+巴黎)品質+領隊兼導遊真的很糟!晚上回飯店遇停水都完全冷處理,沒辦法洗澡直到隔天早上也沒水洗臉刷牙?領隊能力不足待人無理+態度差,行程忘名叫團員看行程表,喜歡臨時更改集合時間,但都不提早說!自行亂改時間,導致有幾次用餐只有10~15分鍾形成趕鴨團!!懶惰說明與講解,缺乏專業素養!而且機場退稅海關讓人插隊,領隊站旁邊不但不聞不問還冷眼旁觀!如此十幾萬貴森森團,卻換來如此低裂的品質,真的前所未見,糟糕透頂!然後回國反應也無聲無息,再也不會參加此旅行社主辦的任何旅遊!!

參加世邦主辦的魅力歐洲,前2週回來,歐洲跟團經驗最不好的一次: 1. 飯店沒訂到: 有一天轉機巴黎飯店沒訂到,全隊在Mercure飯店大廳呆坐快一小時,晚上凌晨12點多才接駁換到Novotel飯店。 2. 司機+領隊都不熟西班牙: 幾乎天天都迷路,找不到餐廳+找不到景點+找不到當地導遊會合點,嚴重影響景點和吃飯時間。只有去導遊介紹的土產店時間可以久一點。還有一些已經反應旅行社但無效。 ▲大家都是「請自己年假+花錢」難得去歐洲玩樂的,希望買到的是專業的旅遊服務品質,長程線都醬子了,提醒大家:慎選!慎選!慎選!

我們一行14個人參加11/9-11/17 葡萄牙旅遊,整團共38人加領隊。每天吃飯像在打仗,領隊先生Andy 一路上每餐吃飯也只有他們九人一定優先排好,其他人都得四分五裂的搶位子。甚至還曾經一家3人組分坐兩桌。 收同樣的團費,我也給同様的服務費,憑什麼接受次等的對待! 再來到Fado 餐廳時,也沒安排團員坐好位子,讓服務人員還強拉團張小姐的手,要坐在樓梯下危險位置。等到我們聲稱不吃了生氣要離開時,領隊才知道發生事情(有這種不負責的領隊) 11/15 到達飯店也沒解說飯店樓層和電梯使用方法,許多人拉著行李上上下下亂成一團。 11/16 晚間在離開葡萄牙機場時,他只顧自己先行跑去check in ,也不管團員剛從巴士下車要整理行李。一團人就在機場到處奔波。連入海關也沒確認人數就進關。我只能說算他幸運這一團員大家都是旅遊高手,否則就有人流落葡萄牙 再來我們13人在巴黎機場脫隊,同樣付10天服務費。 領隊從前一晚就叫我們自求多福,那我們多付一天服務費是什麼?再來團員在Check in 的過程,領隊都站著遠遠的也不幫忙!這到底是跟團還是自由行的旅程? 。再來我們雖說是別家旅行社與你們合併出團。但是出團公司是世邦旅行社,領隊也是貴公司派遣出來。 希望貴公司可以給我們一個答覆!尤其在Fado 餐廳受到不禮貌的待遇。

12/24參加美西7日遊,說明會上說不會太冷,結果衣服沒有多帶,早晚溫差真的很大,對於習慣亞熱帶天氣的台灣人,還是覺得很冷的,總之,有備無患啦!

109年2月26日當日因領隊稱至義大利當地會操作困難,出發機場前被通知取消出團,竟然還要扣我全部機票跟旅館司機費用,還謊稱品保協會說是法定因素,經向品保協會確認稱並無此事,應全額返還旅費,已向觀光局提起申訴中
