The living environment is quiet, safe and well managed. The residents are mainly district power owners, so the quality level is good. The orderly operation of the Management Committee is a rare home environment in North City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鎮金殿，金玉其外，敗絮其內，尤其是住在裡面部分的人，資源回收分類分得很爛，部分住戶水平...居然不識字! 明明都寫得很清楚說要分開分類，塑膠袋跟垃圾一直丟進去跟寶特瓶回收處裡面，看不見別人的辛苦，都要從回收區把垃圾挑出來，不懂得體諒工作人員，令人覺得失望
Zhenjin Temple, gold and jade aside, but also a failure, especially the people who live in it, the resource recycling classification is poor, and some households are...not literate! It is clearly written that they should be classified separately. Plastic bags and rubbish have been thrown into the PET bottle recycling center. I can’t see the hard work of others. I have to pick out the rubbish from the recycling area. I don’t understand the staff, which is disappointing.

It’s a beautiful neighborhood, but it seems that there are many people living in it. The lobby downstairs is always in and out, like an office building. Upstairs is open for entry and exit, there is a swimming pool, and the view is very good
