 The brunch opened by Vietnamese friends. The breakfast is Taiwanese Chinese and Western flavors. In the afternoon, it is changed to Vietnamese food. The egg cake is really crispy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小小一家店，豪華總匯三明治很豪華，特別是蛋煎的很優，生菜小黃瓜也很大方給。早餐時段還有越南河粉、春捲等，下次試試。
A small shop, the deluxe club sandwiches are very luxurious, especially the fried eggs are excellent, and lettuce and cucumber are also generous. There are also pho, spring rolls, etc. for breakfast. Try it next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下午一點半以後沒有早餐，晚上也只賣越南料理，看大家推薦脆皮蛋餅，今天沒有吃到，點了牛肉河粉和豬肉米線，湯頭和麵條中規中矩，份量算多，吃完不會很口渴，下次再來試試看越南麵包和生春捲和蛋餅。店內空間狹小擁擠，位子也很少。
There is no breakfast after 1:30 in the afternoon, and only Vietnamese dishes are sold in the evening. I see everyone recommends crispy omelettes. I didn’t eat them today. I ordered beef pho and pork rice noodles. The soup and noodles were quite satisfactory. If you are thirsty, try Vietnamese bread and raw spring rolls and omelets next time. The space in the store is small and crowded, and there are few seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蛋餅很脆，餅皮和蛋吃起來很蓬鬆，但稍微偏油；燻雞調味夠鹹，不太需要加醬油
可以加一點辣椒，不會很辣而且開胃。
The omelette is very crisp, the crust and eggs are fluffy, but slightly oily; the smoked chicken is salty enough to not need soy sauce
Can add a little chili, not too spicy and appetizing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蛋餅煎得酥脆，不需要沾醬就很好吃；總匯三明治裡面是厚蛋，口感很棒，有花生醬，用料豐富無法一口咬下；巧克力厚片就是早餐店正常發揮；最可惜的是奶茶比較不合胃口。

The omelette is crispy and delicious without dipping sauce; the confluence sandwich is filled with thick eggs, the taste is great, with peanut butter, the ingredients are so rich that you can't bite down; the thick chocolate chips are the normal function of the breakfast restaurant; the most unfortunate thing is Milk tea is rather unpalatable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The BEST egg pancake in Taipei City!!! I found it by chance on Google and nowhere else can ever compare since! Owners are friendly, service is prompt (though it takes a bit to get your egg pancake to that crispy perfection) and there's always lots of people. Only opens in the morning and closed during public holidays. If in doubt, call first before heading there. Original egg pancake and bacon egg pancake with Vietnamese coffee is our favorite! You won't want to go anywhere else if you try this place !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They moved to this new location in November, and still the best dan bing / egg pancake / 蛋餅 in the city. Flaky, fluffy, crunchy, & chewy. Also love the Vietnamese iced coffee. Delicious breakfast until 13:30.
