先聲明,我們並沒有接受貴店的服務 但貴店的管理跟態度真的讓人不敢恭維 女友在FunnXw網站上預約01/16 下午至貴店洗髮並先行刷卡付款 1. 當天他提早約15分鐘抵達貴店時卻被告知因現場等待人數眾多要等待一個半小時 請問若是要跟現場一起等 何況她提早兩周就預約了 這段時間也都沒有提前通知這個狀況 到現場才知道 那預約的定義跟目的是什麼? 2. 因為覺得等待時間太久,與當初預約的初衷不同,所以提出退費的要求 店家卻說要自己去跟平台方客服聯絡處理 今天說話不算話的是你們店家,為什麼卻感覺 "喔你自己不要我們服務的 那是你跟平台的事 自己處理" 先行付款本身就是方便店家的服務,你們已經有錯在先 連想退費都那麼沒誠意嗎 3. 說可以先留電話 等時間到跟她做聯絡 四點半加上一個半小時是六點 現在八點了還沒有接到電話 請問她留電話給貴店是留心酸的嗎? 如果有得知已經退款或是認為有取消意圖 都留電話了是不是應該也致電來確認一下呢? 這一連串的處理請問要怎麼讓我們覺得你們不是在敷衍 今天純粹來亂的不會花時間打那麼多字,也許電話預約或是現場等不會發生這種事 但我真的希望大家可以知道這件事有確實發生 然後以後從第三方平台預約時可以三思一下 (最後補充一下 我代為發言是因為女友最近眼睛進行手術 不方便操作手機)

不能只有我踩雷,所以給五顆星。因為有空的時間較不固定,所以都在百元理髮剪頭髮,都沒有出過什麼可怕的大事。今天想說新的一年又快過年了,找了間評價看起來不錯又比平常貴一點的地方剪頭髮,要求不多就是把頭髮均勻的剪完而已。今天幫我剪的設計師大概是昨天才剛從洗頭升成剪髮的超級菜鳥設計師,一開始就發現動作極不流暢,梳子多次卡到我的耳朵,還自己接住被梳子勾掉兩三次的口罩。但抱持著每個人都有第一次不熟練的時候想說自己也不趕時間就讓他慢慢練習,只要剪出來不要跟未修剪的行道樹一樣雜亂無章即可。但就在剪到約莫30-40分鐘時愈來愈覺得不對勁,但就在我仁慈的想為設計師保留面子,也不敢要求修剪瀏海。只要趕快幫我推完側邊就好了!就在設計師放下電剪時我還以為他手酸了只是想休息一下,結果他拿出了鏡子讓我照了一下,我沒看見平常百元理髮完後整齊的頭髮,我看見了一個好似丘陵地的頭上有著層層分明的梯田。而上方的頭髮就像站在東部山區眺望太平洋野蠻生長的樹葉一樣遮蔽著下方的丘陵梯田。我疑惑的問了設計師不覺得看起來很怪嗎?這樣我還要去別間店再剪一次欸!該設計師看起來很慌張的梳了兩下後跑到了櫃檯找了看起來經驗豐富的姊姊來救場,而姊姊來了之後問我怎麼了,我說,不知道是不是我的問題我覺得看起來很怪,姊姊看了看說這邊還沒剪好啦!他等下會再幫你修。我說可是剛剛他已經拿鏡子給我照問我怎麼樣了耶!姊姊說那我幫你修一下好了。我說好,但此時應該正常人都已經失去了信心只想稍微整理後逃離現場,而下樓後我趕緊打電話給也正在剪髮的朋友請他幫我拜託他的設計師加班幫我把梯田修剪成正常的髮型。 這邊非常感謝拯救我的頭,讓我下週不需要頂著梯田上台報告而加班別間店理髮設計師!建議大家要來這間剪頭髮要三思!!
