從門診櫃檯接待人員,協助安排腸胃鏡的工作人員,護士、藥局藥師跟醫生都非常有耐心地解答看診和陪同者的所有問題,讓看診的陪同家人都感到非常安心,消除許多緊張感~整體看診的流程相當順暢,不同的流程都會有相關的接待人員一起陪同,並接待至指定的場地,說明接下來要執行的項目內容。最後營養師會說明一週的飲食注意項目等等,以及李院長會與看診及家屬詳細說明腸胃鏡檢查後,完整的報告說明。診所氣氛很溫馨,醫護又很專業~

服務真的很差,掛號規定無邏輯。接電話的告知下午排隊的時間亂講,說什麼兩點到四點到可以,我問要不要提早到,他說不用。當我3:30到的時候再來告訴我掛號已經滿了,我當天現場有反應接電話的人沒有把訊息傳達清楚,資深大姐很大聲地跟我說她不知道誰接電話跟我說,我就回她我也不知道你們是誰這樣子回答我。自己診所的小姐沒有訓練好還推託,難道我說謊嗎?看前面的review也有其他人得到這種四兩撥千金不負責任的回話態度,建議每一次診所小姐接電話起來以後都可以報上自己的代號或名字,不然每次都說我不知道你們電話怎麼溝通,真是有完沒完。資深大姐(沒穿制服、繡一圈眼線、長的黑捲髮)問我要不要預約,我說好啊,她再大聲嚷嚷地告訴我說這禮拜全部滿了。當我跟她講說,那我去別家看,她很緊張地跟我說非常多次的不好意思,接下來解釋很多一點意義都沒有的規定,因為這個資深大姐根本就沒有說實話。5分鐘之後我用App預約,馬上預約到隔天下午兩點的前幾號診,之後也順利看到醫生。看診當天候診時,我也聽到有人打電話來預約,我在現場就聽到他們重複說明2-4點現場排隊,這週都預約約滿了。那app怎麼約的進?明明可以跟大家講說兩點早點來排比較有機會排的進,沒有必要讓大家白跑一趟,或是鼓勵大家用app預約。然後我後來發現App上面其實有寫排隊的規定,既然以App掛號為優先(多收50元),現場掛號也沒有保留數量,為什麼不能就把規則講清楚,浪費別人時間、無聊真的,來看病就是有需求,好好安排預約跟看診不能嗎?

The senior lady (no uniform, stitched eyeliner, long black curly hair) asked me if I wanted to make an appointment, I said yes, and she told me loudly that it was full for the week. When I told her that I would go to another house to see her, she nervously told me that she was sorry many times, and then explained a lot of rules that had no meaning at all, because the senior lady didn't tell the truth at all. After 5 minutes, I used the app to make an appointment, and I immediately made an appointment to the clinic before 2:00 pm the next day, and then I saw the doctor smoothly. When I was waiting for the doctor on the day of the consultation, I also heard someone calling to make an appointment. I heard them repeating that they would line up at 2-4 o'clock on the spot, and all the appointments were full this week. How does the app make an appointment? Obviously, I can tell you that if you come early at 2 o’clock, you will have a better chance of getting in. There is no need to let everyone run for nothing, or encourage everyone to use the app to make an appointment. Then I later found out that there is actually a queuing rule on the app. Since the app registration is the priority (50 yuan extra), and there is no reserved number for on-site registration, why can't I explain the rules clearly, waste other people's time, and be boring. Really, come Seeing a doctor means there is a need. Can’t you arrange an appointment and see a doctor?

李醫師問診細心耐心沒話說、非常親切回答病人的疑問、設備新穎場地舒適!但某一位長髮櫃檯小姐的態度真的是不敢讓人領教、只要有不明白的問題多問幾句、她就面露不耐煩的神色!原本已經排好早上十點的胃鏡、當天早上九點才臨時通知我叫我提早到、因為疫情小孩停課在家、只好把小孩提早叫醒匆忙丟上車、請先生提早出門駕車急奔大直、依照指示提早抵達現場。沒想到卻又等了一個小時才進行流程、等待時沒有任何人員可以說明為什麼叫病人提早來卻遲遲無法進行。這對一個已經將近20個小時無法進食的人來說、真是煎熬的等待呀!等待過程試著詢問現場人員、卻沒有人可以回答為什麼叫病人提早來。事後想打電話反應尋求解釋,通話3分鐘到就自動斷線、只好再回撥!就必須再重新告訴下一個電話接聽者事情的來龍去脈、真的是對此間診所的行政作業留下非常不好的印象!

I got a quick appointment for my son, and they were so kind there! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable the entire time, and letting him take his time after his shot. They all speak perfect English, and took time to explain each step, and then aftercare with us. Highly recommend !

First time here, waited for 2 hours and Dr. Li was not even care what I said. Told him have family history he said the percentage that I will get it is low. Health card cannot let you do ultrasound like this. But he still did it and did it without Seriously. It took less than 5 min to finish it. Worst place ever.
