★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看了一下大家的評論，原來我並不是個案，講好急件2/12(五)上午10點收件，下午6點前要收到，結果我硬生生的等到晚上9點，一通電話都沒有，沒錯我一通電話都沒收到也找不到人，為什麼?因為他們下班了(笑)，隔天星期六才打電話跟我說我們星期一才會送，怎麼那麼棒的服務啊?我收到後打電話去客服問個理由，結果就一句春節期間我們比較忙，忙就不要接單!!!!接了又不處理是怎麼樣啦!!奉勸一下大家，「快遞很多間真的不要跟自己的錢過不去」，如果是個案還情有可原，但是顯然的是這間公司很有問題。
