★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管委會很爛, 外觀看起來還可以..但內部環境很糟.很爛..很髒.老鼠一堆....
要請款拿錢時動作很快..但平時有什麼事打去問.都推說不知道, 那些秘書都不知道在幹什麼的..然後.只有機電跟總幹事在做事, 打去問事情.秘書都回不知道也不處理, 都推給總幹事..年終還掛在租戶身上..很鳥....
The management committee is terrible, the appearance looks okay...but the internal environment is terrible. terrible.. very dirty. a bunch of rats...
When I want to ask for money and get money, I move quickly.. But I usually call and ask what is going on. They all say that they don’t know, and the secretaries don’t know what they are doing.. Then, only the electrical machinery and the director general are doing things, calling and asking things. The secretary didn't know and didn't deal with it, but they pushed it to the director general.. It was still hanging on the tenants at the end of the year.. Very bird...
