In the past, I didn’t know that the voice of the machine was always the voice from the beginning to the end. Press the option to call 1 and no one answered the switchboard. Press the other options, but no one answered.. also left a message... no one answered... we don’t know Your company_personnel name and extension.. How do I enter it? I hope your company can be more convenient.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為家人有裝置心率調整器，在醫院要做核磁共振掃描前，都需要通知美敦力安排人員提早至醫院配合調整，服務了好幾次，每次接聽電話的小姐都非常專業親切地協助安排，遇到緊急狀況需更改時間，也完全配合需求立即聯絡調度人員協助，事後也會再度來電確認是否收到服務人員的回覆與確認，令人感受到無比的專業與信任，服務人員至醫院調整時，也是親切有禮地協助家屬，讓人不得不稱讚，謝謝您們的專業服務。
Because my family members have a heart rate adjuster installed in the hospital, they need to notify Medtronic to arrange staff to go to the hospital early to coordinate adjustments before the MRI scan. The service has been several times. Emergency situations need to change the time, and fully meet the needs to immediately contact the dispatcher for assistance, and will call again afterwards to confirm whether the response and confirmation of the service staff have been received, which makes people feel immense professionalism and trust. 家中長輩裝了心臟節律器後，每次在醫院做MRI檢查需要他們有人來醫院協助關掉。
每次都大遲到不說（半個小時至一個小時），到了醫院也是把家屬當空氣，不做任何解釋。
醫院和家屬就只能在醫院空等。
但節律器已經裝上去了，病人也只能跪著迎接業務降臨?謝謝啦！救人一命好偉大！
Think twice if you want to install the pacemaker.
After the elders in the family have installed the cardiac pacemaker, they need someone to come to the hospital to help turn it off every time they have an MRI examination in the hospital.
Every time I was too late, I didn't say anything (half an hour to an hour). When I arrived at the hospital, my family members were treated as air without any explanation.
