有發生勞資糾紛,就是需要第三方來主持,但是黃X恵調解委員卻比較聽取資方說詞,中間我們我們想反駁資方,黃X恵還說:現在勞方沒有發言的權利,現在她是主持人,不然就去別地方申請調解。如果資方沒問題現在會發生糾紛需調解,妳以為大家都愛來嘛??不中立的第三方給勞工第二次傷害,根本不適任的委員,希望有一天換委員自己有糾紛需要調解,才會有同理心。

這次是我第一次真的正面對決與我的前雇主,本來是2021/12月就該要調解會議的,但前雇主直接沒出面開會,後來因被政府罰款他們才提出這次的調解會,但這次出席的調解員賴先生處理方式相當不公正,不論對錯很明顯的從態度就感受出一面倒向資方,幫助資方!根本不會分辨對錯!突然來看了大家評論,果然,我們都是賴姓阿北的受災戶,在交付文件證據時,他很沒禮貌的把我的資料給前雇主,甚至擅自答應也沒詢問我的意見讓資方翻拍我的資料,當下被我直接反對!資料裡頭有我的個資,如果我有人身安危請問誰要負責?(我都曾被私下言語恐嚇過了耶!)而資方要給我的文件,我當下詢問可以翻拍嗎?賴姓調解員卻直接替資方回絕說不能!請問這是你該有那麼大小心的態度嗎?好險我方證據充足,是誰對錯大家都有目共睹,證據會說話! 但其實這裡面辦公室的人還是有好人的,裡面的同仁都很了解狀況也協助我!態度也很親切友善,只是很可惜這名賴先生過程處理的不當,讓我第一次的正面對決卻有這樣不公正的經驗,我真心覺得他非常不配有這個職位!如遇到他大家要有心理準備,這樣的人請不要再害我們這些已經吃虧很可憐的勞方了

一個「有名無(公權)權」的「單位」,能為勞工盡何力?只不過讓投(申)訴的勞工白跑而已。

男性調解委員只是打字公務員,雖號稱十年調解經驗,像機器人一樣沒有興趣調解,沒有溫度,也不替委屈勞方爭取權益! 只想趕快打字結案,如果這樣會有結案kpi,也真的替納稅人擔心,原來錢是這樣浪費了! 連調解委員都建議我直接訴訟,請問一下,那我幹嘛調解?!直接告法院裁定就好,何必浪費大家時間? 本以為調解會有結果,真的覺得太浪費時間了!
