I ordered the strange-flavored stir-fried hands and the white oil stir-fried hands. The white oil tastes relatively light, the strange taste is not too spicy, and the skin is not rotten and delicious. However, there is one side dish, Sichuan spicy jelly, which is more like konjac, which is different from what we imagined.

It has been renamed "Jihejia", but the signature is still "Jiwei Zhan". 1️⃣Using online ordering, cash checkout at the counter after the meal. 2️⃣There are many choices of meals, the speed of serving meals is faster than expected, and the field staff are energetic and cordial. 3️⃣Chopsticks and spoons need to be taken in the self-service area, and warm/hot water and sauces are also provided. 4️⃣The taste and dipping sauce are all complete, cheap and delicious, and the seasoning is not weird. 5️⃣ Deep-fried bell (chaoshou) is full of meat and sweet, the skin is just crispy, not hard and not greasy, so it must be dipped in sweet and sour sauce. 6️⃣ Mapo tofu has customized items to be selected. The pepper fragrant adds points, but the spiciness is rather "shallow", with only the surface and no follow-up connotation, and the taste is monotonous. 7️⃣Some rice types have soup. I didn't pay attention and ordered an extra bowl of soup, but the soup is good.

There are rice, noodles, side dishes, and soup choices, mostly spicy dishes, with boiled water, chili sauce, red oil, garlic sauce, and tableware. Online ordering can be done on-site or self-collection, online ordering can be swiped by card, in addition to cash, there are line pay and Taiwan pay on site

The shop is large and clean, but the menu is often suspicious, so I was reluctant to enter the shop. The menu such as set meals and noodles was abundant, and a group of 6 young people also ate the gutsuri menu. The customer base was overwhelmingly female. I ordered a set meal of white meat. I realized my dream of eating it on white rice and it was delicious! I want to repeat and challenge another menu.
