★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 該公司客服,自信滿滿對客戶自稱,本身在眾多寶寶攝影公司中,對作品完成度的自我要求非常高,還「應該」是全台灣寶寶攝影修圖最認真的。諷刺的是,原攝影價格本包含後製的修片,但不知是客服本身問題還是該公司整體問題,能否修片或修片內容卻由他們決定,客戶認為實際需要修片之處,卻被譏為不懂感恩不知「體諒」該公司已「貼心」的「自然風」修片服務,因此日後客戶原希冀修片之處「要改為收費服務」;亦即與客戶針鋒相對,極有花錢找罪受之感。
事前該公司僅在拍攝當天的前一刻,才匆促告知「修片以自然為主」,卻未清楚說明何謂「自然修片」,因此事後客戶需花費時間一一詢問,又怪罪客戶視修片為「理所當然」。該公司所謂自詡的用心貼心服務若是如此那也罷了,況且實際上修片技術也普通而已。
此外,與客服溝通時,其字裡行間重覆提及,寶寶攝影價位不若婚紗攝影高(所以品質也該打折?試問寶寶攝影和婚紗攝影比較基準為何?);拿到成品時也很傻眼,像本裡竟然少了一張照片(若客戶未仔細比對,豈不成了冤大頭?成品交給客戶前不必再次確認嗎?這就是該公司所謂「對作品的完成度自我要求非常高」的表現?);像本封面色調也過暗,牙齒都變黃色了(事前還跟該客服確認是否色調過暗,得到的回覆是因封面會覆蓋壓克力看上去會變亮,故先調整亮度比內頁暗;但成果令人無法恭維);像本的側邊材質,翻閱四五次即出現折痕,品質頗需加強(但客服回覆意指,該現象屬正常,又稱不怕客戶比較,要客戶告知何家寶寶像本品質更好,頗有挑釁意味;再次對該公司自稱的高度自我要求存疑)。
綜上原因,以過來人經驗,不會也不可能推薦給親友以免自找麻煩。第一次的寶寶攝影經驗滿失望的。

Spend money looking for guilt.
In advance, the company hurriedly informed that "retouching is mainly natural" just before the day of shooting, but did not clearly explain what "natural retouching" means. Therefore, afterwards, customers need to spend time inquiring one by one, and blame the customer for repairing the film. Take it for granted. If the company's so-called self-proclaimed attentive service is so, that is not to mention, in fact, the technology of editing is just ordinary.
In addition, when communicating with customer service, it was repeatedly mentioned in the text that the price of baby photography is not as high as wedding photography (so the quality should be discounted? What is the comparison benchmark for baby photography and wedding photography?); It is also dumbfounded to get the finished product, like There is a missing photo in the book. (If the customer has not carefully compared it, wouldn't it have been an injustice? Do you need to confirm the finished product before handing it to the customer? This is the company's so-called "high self-requirement of the completion of the work"? ); Like this cover, the color tone is too dark, and the teeth have turned yellow (I also checked with the customer service beforehand to see if the color tone is too dark. The reply is because the cover will cover the acrylic and it will look brighter, so adjust the brightness ratio. The page is dark; but the results are uncomfortable); like the side material of this book, creases appear after reading it four or five times, and the quality needs to be strengthened (but the customer service response means that this phenomenon is normal, also known as not afraid of customers to compare. The customer informed He's baby that the quality of this product is better, which is quite provocative; once again, he has doubts about the company's self-proclaimed high self-requirement).
For the above reasons, based on the experience of others, it will not and cannot be recommended to relatives and friends to avoid trouble. The first baby photography experience was disappointing.

為何我要同意公開寶寶的照片?我也沒有勉強你們一定要幫我寄送,而是客氣的詢問。但這報價真的是嚇到人了吧?為何要有事沒事浪費法律資源? 意思是現在評論只能說好話,不能說個人感受?那這樣不就是洗評論?因為沒有消費這就是你們處理的態度嗎?那一開始就不用打著免費送一張的方式來服務了,這樣別人也不用去受氣,寧可花錢找厲害的拍攝公司….
並不是因為拍攝很好而拿,而是因為你們有印出來,所以才想說不要浪費資源而想去拿,因為疫情不方便過去,所以才詢問是否可以郵寄,但既然開出這個天價,我也不想要了…
