The answer you sent me was one line and didn't offer any apology, which you still don't. It was also different than what you say here.
I have never order anything on the internet where you need to inquire before ordering. The product is available or it isn't. It takes you 5 minutes to write it on your website.
I do appreciate the fact that you answer in English and can understand that sometimes you cant answer to every same day order (even it's available on your website) but dont try to put the blame on me and cancel the order with ONE line of explanation without ANY apology.
