隱藏在住宅的一家家庭式的作坊,千萬別被他樸實的樣貌欺騙了,他們家的麵包.蛋糕用料實在,吃的到食材的香氣,沒有香精,沒有太多的油脂,吃完不會脹氣和胃酸,每天手工製作,原則上要提前一天在FB看菜單訂購,不然只能現場有什麼買什麼了(常常一開店去,架上只有3~5個產品可以選購了!)值得推薦的一間麵包作坊 ?

無意中經過的有間麵包店,位於延壽街低調巷弄內,非常獨特跟種植許多盆栽植物的店面,讓人完全看不出來有賣麵包,走進店裡,老闆馬上就會站起來跟你介紹今天出爐的麵包有哪些種類,門旁邊也會有看板標示部份商品的價格,但是不會全部列出來,因此看到喜歡的麵包種類可以再次詢問老闆價格。當日購買的麵包為藍莓貝果$110*2顆、招牌螺旋3塊$100,覺得麵包捧在手上的感覺很紮實、沈甸甸的。藍莓貝果是屬於Q軟有嚼勁的;招牌螺旋也很香很耐嚼,有一種令人懷念的香味,雖然價格有點高,但覺得兩種麵包都很好吃,已經開始期待要嘗試新的口味了。希望店家可以增加linepay或街口支付等付款方式,目前只收現金。老闆説麵包室溫的話可以放2天、冷藏可以放一週,如果怕口感變乾,可以在電鍋加點水,蓋子蓋上,蒸一下就會恢復原來的含水份口感。
