我的小孩在這裡從幼兒部開始上課，數年來我切身體認新世紀收費和退費程序都按照政府法規走，一切開誠布公，老師們也都誠懇、認真、親切，孩子很喜歡這裡的老師，我也和新世紀的幾位老師都成為好朋友。
說真的，現在這個網路時代，隨便一位客戶的負面評論就可能讓幾十年來用心經營的企業受到形象上的傷害。我自己本身經營企業也深有所感。真心希望大家在網上留言時能夠保持初心，設身處地為他人著想。

看到這邊唯一一個評論，有些訝異！
