★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 傳承至第二代的在地店家，從小吃到大，食十年如一日；是延吉街、八德路四段一帶最好吃的涼麵（私心也推薦營業時段完全相反的柳家涼麵）。
香濃麻將、鹹香醬油、風乾後且帶些芝麻油香的涼麵，配上傳統台式味增蛋花湯；夭壽好吃。
與其他小吃店相比，佳味涼麵更勝一籌的是用餐環境乾淨舒適、冷氣涼爽，服務也很好。提醒：週六上午大概11:30不到就會賣完喔。
 The local restaurant that has been passed down to the second generation, from snacks to adults, has been eating for ten years as one day; it is the best cold noodles in Yanji Street and Section 4 of Bade Road (I also recommend Liujia cold noodles with completely opposite business hours) .

Compared with other snack bars, Jiawei Cold Noodles is superior in that the dining environment is clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning is cool, and the service is also very good. Reminder: It will be sold out before 11:30 on Saturday morning.

ほとんど昔ながらの仕様なので台湾らしさを味わえました。
麺は茹で置きですし小麦の特徴的にもコシがなく柔らかめでボソボソザラザラしていて喉越しや食感は良いとは言えないです。
麺の下にはニンニクがやや効いた醤油ダレ、麺の上には苦味が出ているほどの濃厚な胡麻ダレが大量にかかっていてインパクトがある味構成となっていました。
ニンニクがもう少し効いていたほうがバランスがよくジャンク感が増して好みでした。
卓上のラー油とワサビで味変して食べ進めるのも良かったですし楽しめました。
