★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看房遇過一堆代銷，感受度最差就是海悅，不僅資料給超少，代銷的姿態也擺稍高，講解說明完全不詳細，打發人態度很明顯。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.業務跟經理都很跩，事情遇到也只會用話術欺騙消費者，跟他們交易真的要很小心，話聽一半就好
2.廣告說推薦朋友買可拿推薦獎金，朋友經推薦也真的買了，已經過好幾個月都沒給，也都擺爛不處理。
希望建商不要再找海悅代銷了，感受真的差
