隱匿屋況漏水在用現況交屋來唬濫買家，真的有良心有專業，什麼都是買方的錯，如果買方懂還需要專業仲介做啥，仲介合約連名字都用自來印，到最後根本不是保障雙方用的完全責任都是買賣雙方，仲介免責，強烈不建議找他家。
