★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 導遊很爛……出發前全團在機場等他一個，完全沒有道歉，出發後的態度更是沒有要服務的意思，行程塞很多個購物點(行程表上沒有的)，買的人少還不能離開；景點不會多介紹，車上賣的藥倒是說不停……

再者，他到了飯店之後就直接挑明說，我要休息了，如果有什麼問題，不要找他，以至於我們房間空調出了問題，只能自己跟飯店協調，那請問，我們為什麼要跟團付小費呢？
