是6萬元台幣打完一審 但是在未完成一審的狀態下由您單方面終止委任 是需要退還部分費用的
單就律師公會的單一出庭費用建議表 案件計算 您出庭的次數與這6萬台幣並不成正比 所以我要求您退還部分費用
否則我只能向律師公會申訴您違反律師職業道德 無故單方面終止契約

Otherwise, I can only complain to the Law Society that you violate the professional ethics of lawyers and unilaterally terminate the contract without cause.
