★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豪宅價的套房，保全親切、管理也不錯。天花板隔音超差，都知道樓上幾點睡幾點起床，走路聲每一步都清清楚楚可以數出來、講話聲也很清楚，生活不正常的鄰居會影響正常生活作息的鄰居。
套房大門雖然質感不錯，但隔音也很差，都聽的到走廊聲音、早上上班時間鄰居分別出門上班都知道大家是幾點出門，而且他們關門都很大聲，好像和門有仇、還有年輕情侶親密叫超大聲，整層都聽的見，都知道是哪一間。

The sound of walking can be counted clearly at every step, and the sound of speech is also very clear. Neighbors with abnormal life will affect neighbors who live normally.
Although the texture of the suite door is good, the soundproofing is also very poor. You can hear the sound in the hallway. Neighbors who go to work in the morning know what time they leave, and they close the door very loudly. The young couple screamed so loudly that they could hear it all over the floor, knowing which one it was.
