★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去洗牙後牙齒劇烈疼痛。是之前不曾發生過的疼痛感。跟診所反應，希望范醫生可協助看一下並處理，但卻被告知滿診，最快只能等超過一個月。臉頰都連帶腫了，卻無法得到回應，如果不是真的很不舒服，且清楚知道是洗牙後造成的，絕對不會請診所通融看是否可請范醫生撥冗（有提到滿診為了不影響他人，或許可麻煩范醫生看完最後一個病患後幫我看一下）。且護士處理真的很敷衍，答應回覆給我，卻未打來，我再打去詢問，護士卻語帶不耐！了解診所生意好，但對於病患的基本尊重還是要有的！

從進門詢問時護理師便很親切並細心的為我穿插中間提早結束能供我拆線的時間（我沒有預約）不然本來好像要排到五月多了。
進去診間後，女醫師也很親切，環境十分乾淨簡潔，沒有傳統牙醫給我的恐懼感，也額外問了許多牙齒清潔、矯正相關的知識，均耐心且詳細的回答並給予中立建議，如果有機會，會再回訪。
