健身最怕的就是動作似是而非，不是形狀對了就對了，發力部分對了才能有效的訓練到該訓練的肌肉！
健身工作室環境也很整潔，不想去健身房人擠人，又擔心姿勢不正確的話，真的可以試試看找教練～！
