A terrible experience. First they don’t answer the phone to process the booking, then they don’t let you book under two hours... after that they proceed to foot massage and cleaning but do not let me put my cloth in the room, forcing me to hold into them! The foot massage was the worse I have ever had but it was nothing compared to what followed, almost two hours of torture, the masseuse didn’t want to use her hands and kept using her elbow during the whole session. I have asked several times to not to and when she finally uses her hands and fingers, she put 0 effort but all the opposite, just an annoyance more than anything. Finally I kept telling her my neck hurts and instead of doing massage with care she pushes hard this time like if I was a punching-ball. At that point I got fed up and I asked her out of the room to change and get the hell out. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. No idea why they have a good score but even 0 would be too good a score for this. Damn ruined my Friday night.

The first time I experienced Shiatsu, the store arranged the 15th, which was very good and will come again.

Good staff training. Consistent service. One of the speaker was broken in one of the rooms. I brought it up in the survey and they texted me once they got it fixed.
