★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 補評論。昨天路過買了蘿蔔餅和蔥肉餅,蘿蔔餡很有嚼勁,胡椒放得略重。原本想當點心,吃完卻飽到晚上,連晚餐都沒辦法吃,小小一個餅卻相當紮實!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 根據老婆(在地人)指正,這攤歷史悠久,最早是夫妻在經營,後來才由現在的老闆娘接手(是之前那對夫妻的媳婦)。之後在2009年的某一段時間,小弟路過這邊才看到。那幾年還滿常跑民生社區附近,都會繞過來買個紅豆餅吃吃。
後來,也許是2012吧,和老闆娘聊天,因為我不喜歡加醬,跟她說這些食物本身就有味道,已經很好吃。
老闆娘也說,她準備紅豆都花很多成本,時間,要去熬出來紅豆餡,才能做紅豆餅。
而且那時候剛好在台灣油出了兩次大事,老闆娘也特別提醒說她用的油都會更換,也是找大廠牌的。我說:放心,吃的出來,我不擔心。
(油,雖然不敢說是品油師的等級,自認自己在所有人前1%內)
.蔥肉餅,有用豬肉,品項一項。反正加分項太多,還是2分基準吧。-1
.蘿蔔絲餅,老婆大人的最愛,所以我有事沒事都會考慮來買一下。+1
.韭菜盒,蔥是一般的蔥,有加粉絲,胡椒。油鍋煎過,和一般的不同,好吃。+1

老闆娘自己一人經營這攤,也有10年了吧,真的不容易。也願可以平平順順長長久久,繼續吃到好吃的餅。

At that time, there happened to be two major incidents in Taiwan Oil. The proprietress also reminded her that the oil she used would be changed, and she was also looking for a big brand. I said: Don't worry, I don't worry about it.
