我請先生把非常重要的婚紗禮服拿去這家洗衣店熨燙,先生在送洗時還有問店家“真的會處理這類衣物嗎?”因為不是一般衣物,是緞面材質兩截式的下身長裙,而且是我的婚禮禮服。但因為店家表示OK,所以我們連同西裝、禮服都在那裡乾洗處理。
結果沒想到拿回家的時候,發現緞面材質的裙子上面勾著這種鉤針,我非常小心翼翼拿下來的時候發現因為鉤針很粗,所以不管怎樣都會有四個針洞,而且這是兩截式下身,所以穿著時必須露出整個裙面,但是現在布料上有極度明顯的洞,加上布料纖維還很明顯被撐開,整件訂製禮服已經被破壞。
這種鉤針,在你勾住的時候就已經產生洞了,因為裙子是緞面材質,身為店家不是應該要非常注意顧客所送洗的衣物材質,不是必須保有這樣的專業嗎?
雖然明知道已經有破損,但是我還是打給店家表達抗議,沒想到接電話的歐巴桑表示是我們自己在送洗前沒有交代清楚,還叫我要遮住反著穿,更可惡的是還在電話裡面跟我大吵架,不願意承認自己錯誤,還說是我們自己沒有小心拔鉤針,這些鉤針夾著緞面裙子,再透過衣架和裙襬的重量,早就已經有洞了,不用說多小心拔,都一定會有痕跡。我不需要補救措施,只要道歉。
店家的不專業導致我婚禮要穿的禮服有痕跡,還表示是我們送洗的時候沒有講清楚要如何送回?店家問我在家是怎麼掛的,我說我是用衣架折成兩邊掛,因為有些微折痕所以才送洗熨燙,店家居然表示我當時應該要用自己衣架送去,還說送洗時先生沒有交代清楚。我先生不是專業,他相信專業,所以付錢給你們,但是你們反而怪我們沒有講清楚?你們開店的專業呢?需不需要我們送洗時清楚表達不要弄壞這件事情?
我試問店家,一般乾洗店家應該都有專業知識,應該都有變通辦法,不是每一件不同材質的衣服都適合用這種鉤針掛著,而且你們應該也要知道緞面只要稍微被勾一下,就會整件毀掉。歐巴桑不可理喻,直言「不然你要我怎麼樣」,喔~我沒有要你怎麼樣,我只是要你道歉,但是你不道歉,還說你這種錢我賺不起,沒有任何誠意要解決這件問題,客人只能自認倒霉,這樣的態度不管你開多久,都非常可惡!
