★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在滿少見現點現裝現調醬汁的涼麵攤,麻醬汁的味道算清淡的,不過還算夠味道,不過內用的話可以用點辣油,風味更好;麵體柔軟有口感,可惜用的是豆芽菜,聽說是因為小黃瓜太貴,改天有機會再去吃吃看!!味噌湯倒是意外的不錯喝

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我一向不喜歡濃稠系的涼麵，唯有龍城市場裡的廣一涼麵，我還蠻可以接受的...
而且份量大，芝麻醬很香，打扮著美美的老老闆娘豆芽菜給的毫不手軟，攪拌在一起大口吃，很爽快。加上這裡的味增湯是我很喜歡的，外觀看似清淡，其實很有味道，濃厚的味增帶點微甜，好喝。

?只賣三種東西，涼麵、乾拌麵及味噌湯，不會有選擇性障礙。
?涼麵，(小50元)，小碗的麵份量就已滿多，麻醬味道是濃郁且有些稠，蒜味風味重，麵條的口感有彈性，拌入小黃瓜及豆芽菜吃起來清爽，辣油香而不辣。
?味噌湯（小20元），小碗的大小已夠滿足，味噌湯頭略甜，帶有柴魚風味。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4.3?一樣在民生社區龍城市場一樓，就在排隊的小籠包斜對面，大盤份量不少！是屬於濕潤的醬汁，乍吃之下口味偏清淡，但是加辣後越吃越順口，麵體涼度剛好且滑順，除了小黃瓜還加了豆芽增加口感，味增湯也有水準，整體吃完後口齒留香。
