在龍城市場內,是一個老式的小籠包店。小籠包本身屬於厚皮類型但因為剛出爐所以皮本身很濕潤,裡面的肉餡料多味美是幫家人買早餐的好選擇。

中午時段前往,可能是尖峰時段稍微需要有點耐心的等候排隊。因為店家皆為現做現蒸,更需要耐心等待囉!大家可能都是買回家分享,大部分人好像都2盒以上。 小籠包的皮很香也很Q彈使用老麵製作的,現場看得到師傅的製作過程,很有趣呢!餡料加上一點的蔥花提味,整體感很樸實的小吃喔?是屬於偏厚皮的小籠包。

民生社區龍城市場一樓的排隊攤位!現擀麵皮現包的小籠包,大家都是幾籠幾籠在買,果然吃起來很紮實,皮有Q彈的口感即使冷掉也好吃,內餡調味鹹度夠,不需要加醬也OK~不錯。

It taste good. It is more likely small meat bun (bao) rather than normal xiao long bao. The bun is thick. It is hard to consume all 8 pieces by yourself alone.
