老實說，起士蛋糕一直不是我愛的甜點，但自從輕乳酪及日本的生乳酪蛋糕出現之後，我發現我真的偏愛類冰淇淋及乳酪之間的起士口感，而典型紐約起士蛋糕真的不是我的菜。
承繼的焦糖起士蛋糕，首推上面偏苦甜的脆硬焦糖，好吃到我想整塊取下來吃?
既不過份甜，也有微焦苦的味，是上等焦糖❤️
起士蛋糕本體，剛從冷凍取出時，更是我愛的冰淇淋棉密口感，而稍放些時間後，微軟的起士香濃口感也很好吃。
一條 NTD 680，其實不算貴，真心喜歡。

 Inheritance - Super Delicious -18 Degree Caramel Cheesecake
To be honest, cheesecake has never been my favorite dessert, but since the advent of light cheese and Japanese raw cheesecake, I found that I really prefer the cheese texture between ice cream and cheese, and the typical New York cheesecake is really is not my dish.
Inherited caramel cheese cake, the first is the bitter-sweet crunchy caramel on top, so delicious that I want to eat the whole piece ?
It is neither too sweet, but also has a slightly burnt bitter taste, it is the best caramel ❤️
The cheesecake itself, when it was just taken out of the freezer, was my favorite ice cream with a dense texture, and after a little while, the rich cheese taste of Microsoft was also delicious.
An NTD 680 is actually not expensive, I really like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肉桂阿曼香氣很足，外酥內軟，而且多層次的口感很讓人驚豔。
檸檬塔的檸檬香氣很濃郁，和塔皮搭配的也很好，吃起來清爽不會有甜膩感。
焦糖起司蛋糕沒拍到，因為朋友們一下就吃完了，日式起司的味道非常濃厚，感覺是下重本，剛冷凍完吃很像冰淇淋，配上上層微苦的焦糖，口味跟口感都很棒。
可以感覺店家從包裝到口味上都很用心，獲得朋友們的一致好評，大推~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焦糖起司蛋糕吃了兩種吃法1是冷凍吃，吃起來有冰淇淋的口感，很紮實！退一點冰吃的話會比較膩一點，口感完全不一樣～會變得比較綿密，個人比較喜歡冷凍的吃法，比較不會膩～但也有朋友喜歡退一點冰再吃！
焦糖起司蛋糕有點檸檬的香氣搭配十足的起司味以及苦甜的焦糖，是個吃多了也不會膩的組合！而且焦糖超級脆！我很喜歡～雖然一條要680元價格有點貴，但如果下次同事要揪的話我還是會+1～～
肉桂捲的部分因為本身不愛肉桂所以就沒有嘗試了～～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cake as good as the other pattisseries. The price, quantity and package should be improved. The store should consider giving an ice pack and fully sealed box to maintain the temperature and hygiene of the cake as there is only takeaway service, especially during summer. Although the look of package is good, it's not thoughtful enough to match with the price and expectation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Pain au chocolat is really amazing, crispy and the chocolate is creamy, I the cinnamon roll is also crispy, however I am a little bit disappointed, the cinnamon is tasteless, it will be better if they added more cinnamon in the roll.
